粉垄技术“活土增粮提质保水减灾降碳及高效”促进农业发展

摘要 世界首创的农耕新技术——粉垄技术,通过特殊耕具深垦活土提升耕地生产力和改良盐碱地释放农业巨大新质生产力,实现10%~50%粮食增产,同时叠加提质、保水、减灾、降碳和省工、高效新效应,被袁隆平誉为“农耕革命”。新发明的粉垄耕具用于系列智能化粉垄整机实现高效耕作,替代“现行农业”传统耕作模式,可活化各种宜耕土地资源和进入粉垄耕作与高效种植快速推广新时代,极大增加耕地来源和提高农业生产率,解决目前耕地与水资源短缺、农业与民生及健康的深层次问题;实现土、水、气、温、光等“五大资源”再度倍数增用,提出和阐明“粉垄定律”等粉垄技术新理论;“粉垄农业”高低纬度和高原地区均适应而可全球通用,引领新的农业科技革命而引发千年农业之大变局。若中国实施耕地10亿亩和盐碱地5亿亩改造可新增生产能力7亿亩,增产粮食将可多养活几亿人口,年增贮天然降水2000亿m3,降碳数量巨大,扩筑中国发展之根基。 The world’s first new farming technology-Fenlong technology,through special tillage tools to deeply cultivate live soil to enhance cultivated land productivity and improve saline-alkali land to release huge new quality productivity of agriculture,to achieve 10%-50%increase in grain yield and at the same time superimposed on the new effects of quality improvement,water conservation,disaster reduction,carbon reduction,labor saving and high efficiency,was praised as the“Farming Revolution”by Yuan Longping.The newly invented Fenlong ploughing cultivator is used for a series of intelligent Fenlong ploughing machine to achieve efficient farming,replacing the traditional farming mode of“current agriculture”which can activate various suitable arable land resources and enter a new era of rapid promotion of Fenlong ploughing cultivation and efficient planting,greatly increase the source of cultivated land and improve agricultural productivity,and solve the current deep-seated problems of arable land and water shortage,agriculture and people’s livelihood and health;the“five major resources”such as soil,water,gas,temperature and light are multiplied again,and new theories of Fenlong ploughing technology such as“Law of Fenlong”are put forward and expounded.“Fenlong agriculture”can be adapted to the high and low latitude and plateau areas and can be used globally,leading a new agricultural science and technology revolution and triggering a major change in agriculture for thousands of years.If China were to transform 1 billion mu of arable land and 500 million mu of saline-alkali land,it could add 700 million mu of productive capacity,feed hundreds of millions more people with increased grain production,increase natural precipitation by 200 billion cubic meters a year,and reduce carbon emissions by a huge amount,thus strengthen the foundation for China’s development.
