当前大多数企业建立多标准管理体系,不同管理体系的要求重复、不一致等情况频出,管理成本大幅上升。为此,从管理视角、治理视角和绩效视角等出发提出构建管理体系融合方法和融合流程,在眉山中车制动科技股份有限公司开展管理体系融合实践,管理体系制度文件大幅“瘦身”、运行效率提升40%,时间成本降低50%。
At present,the majority of enterprises set up multi-standard management systems,and the requirements of these systems are frequently repeated and inconsistent,leading to a dramatic increase in management costs.In this regard,it is proposed to build the management system integration method and integration process from the management perspective,governance perspective and performance perspective,and carry out the management system integration practice in Meishan CRRC Brake Science&Technology Co.,Ltd.which has significantly“slimmed down”the management system documents,improved the operation efficiency by 40%,and reduced the time cost by 50%.
