The establishment of a quantifiable evaluation mechanism for the popularization of scientific and technological achievements facilitates a win-win scenario between the transformation of scientific and technological research outcomes and the advancement of science popularization efforts.This study proposes recommendations for a quantitative evaluation framework and outlines an approach to integrate this mechanism into the entire process of project application,acceptance,transformation,and science popularization,thereby enabling a systematic and measurable assessment throughout.
