摘要
花香茶有着悠久的历史,它的起源可以追溯到中国有文字记载的茶叶历史之前的饮茶生活。其发展经历了唐代及以前添加调味料的茶饮方式,宋代开始的添加香料的茶饼生产,以及产生于明代后期的使用香花窨制花香茶的发展历程。从清代开始先后出现了三个传统花香茶产区,即苏州、广州与福州,这三个产区在中国近代茶叶发展史中占据了重要地位,为国内茶叶消费市场提供了大量的茶叶商品,并在国际茶叶市场中发挥重要作用。在20世纪80年代后,随着区域经济开发和产业的变迁与发展,产生了四个新的花香茶产区。时代的发展与变迁,花香茶旧产区的衰落与新产区的产生,为花香茶产业的发展提供了可供借鉴的方法与思路。
Scented tea has a long history,and its origin can be traced back to the tea drinking life before the recorded tea history in China.Its development has experienced the way of tea drinking with flavoring in the Tang Dynasty and earlier,the production of tea cakes with spices since the Song Dynasty,and the development of scented tea made by scenting fragrant flowers in the late Ming Dynasty.Since the Qing Dynasty,there have been three traditional scented tea producing areas,Suzhou,Guangzhou and Fuzhou,which have occupied an important position in the history of modern tea development in China,providing a large number of tea commodities for the domestic tea consumption market and playing an important role in the international tea market.After 1980s,with the development of regional economy and the change and development of industry,four new scented tea producing areas have emerged.The development and changes of the times,the decline of the old producing areas and the emergence of new producing areas provide methods and ideas for the development of the scented tea industry.
