摘要
高等教育强国建设是时代赋予高等教育的历史使命、当代变革与未来方向,也是建设教育强国的必由之路与动力引擎。深入学习习近平总书记关于高等教育强国建设的重要精神,有助于全面理解和领会高等教育强国建设的基本特征、逻辑指向与实现路径。新时代,高等教育强国建设整体呈现出“正”“大”“高”“新”“特”等特征,彰显着育人为本、质量为先、创新引领以及协同发展的基本特征。在加快推进高等教育强国建设进程中,需要秉持为社会发展服务的价值逻辑、以人为本的人本逻辑以及差异化发展的实践逻辑。基于特征与逻辑的判断,高等教育强国建设应该回应高等教育基本规律、尊重师生主体地位、持续深化改革并打造中国高等教育自主话语体系。
Building a great power in higher education is the historical mission bestowed by the Times and the contemporary transformation and future direction of higher education.It is also the inevitable path and driving force for building a great power in higher education.A thorough study of the thoughts of Xi Jinping,general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee,regarding the building a great power in higher education,is conducive to a comprehensive understanding and appreciation of its basic characteristics,logical orientation,and implementation path.In the new era,the overall building a great power in higher education exhibits such characteristics as righteousness,magnitude,loftiness,novelty,and uniqueness,highlighting the fundamental principles of centering on nurturing individuals,quality priority,innovation-led and collaborative development.In the process of accelerating the building a great power in higher education,it is necessary to uphold the value logic of serving social development,the humanistic logic of people-oriented principles,and the practical logic of differentiated development.Based on these characteristics and logical judgments,to build a great power in higher education,it is necessary to be responsive to the fundamental laws of higher education,show respect for the subject status of teachers and students,continuously deepen reform,and build an independent discourse system for Chinese higher education.
