摘要
教育是强国崛起和民族复兴的关键,建设教育强国是推进社会主义强国建设、实现教育高质量发展的必然选择。教育强国建设作为国家重大战略,具有人民性、现代化、融合性、包容性的关键特征,彰显着中国教育自信、中国教育特色和中国式教育现代化。基于上述特征,教育强国建设又演变出以人的现代化理论为起点、以创造性破坏理论为中介、以高质量发展为终点的理论逻辑体系。遵循强国体系的理论逻辑、破除教育可持续发展中的束缚,教育强国建设应把握立德树人的使命以打造新的教育社会契约,深化推动教育科技人才的融合创新,健全新型举国体制,构建面向高水平科技自立自强的组织生态。
Education is the key to the rise of a powerful country and the rejuvenation of a nation.Building a great power in education is an inevitable choice to promote the construction of a powerful socialist country and achieve high-quality educational development.As a major national strategy,building a great power in education has the key characteristics of people's nature,modernization,integration and inclusiveness,demonstrating China's educational confidence,Chinese educational characteristics and Chinese-style educational modernization.Based on these characteristics,building a great power in education has evolved a theoretical logic system which takes the theory of human modernization as the starting point,the theory of creative destruction as the intermediary,and high-quality development as the end point.Following the theoretical logic of the powerful country system and breaking free from the constraints in the sustainable development of education,building a great power in education should grasp the mission of cultivating people with morality to create a new educational social contract,deepen and promote the integrated innovation of education,science and technology talents,improve the new national system,and build an organizational ecology oriented towards high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement.
