乡村共同富裕的逻辑理路、现实困境与实践路径--基于乡村生态振兴的视角

实现全体人民共同富裕是中国式现代化的鲜明中国特色,乡村地区是扎实推进共同富裕的关键场域。乡村生态振兴是推动乡村地区迈向共同富裕的战略命题和时代课题,是解决我国发展不平衡、不充分问题的重要举措。乡村生态振兴能够夯实共同富裕的物质生活基础;构筑共同富裕的精神生活家园;厚植共同富裕的永续发展价值;保障共同富裕的公平生态正义。然而,当前乡村生态振兴助推乡村共同富裕仍面临生态产品价值有待实现、生态文化建设有待加强、生态主体协同参与能力有待提高等现实困境,亟须发挥“生态+产品”新价值、探索“生态+文化”新思路、激发“生态+主体”新活力,提升乡村生态福利的赋能效应,更好地把生态优势转换为富民惠民的经济优势。
