摘要
通过D相乳化制备了一款卸妆霜,与普通乳化制备的同配方卸妆霜进行了微观结构、粒径大小、稳定性与卸妆性能的对比。结果显示,D相乳化卸妆霜粒径更小,粒径分布更窄,快速稳定性更优,对口红、粉底液的卸除能力更强。在此基础上,对比了乳化剂、丁二醇含量对产品粒径和粒径分布的影响,结果表明提升乳化剂含量,产品粒径变小,粒径分布变窄;提升丁二醇含量,粒径变小,粒径分布无明显变化。
A makeup remover cream was prepared by D-phase emulsification method,and its microstructure,particle size,fast stability and cleaning performance were compared with that prepared by ordinary emulsification process.The results showed that the D-phase emulsifying makeup remover cream had smaller particle size,narrower particle size distribution,better fast stability,stronger removal ability of lipstick and liquid foundation.Then the effects of emulsifier and butanediol content on particle size,particle size distribution of the product were compared.The results showed that with the increase of emulsifier content,the particle size of the product became smaller and the particle size distribution became narrower.When the content of butanediol was increased,the particle size became smaller,and the particle size distribution had no obvious change.
