固体熔融法制备复合水杨酸及其结构表征

摘要 通过固体熔融法,利用甜菜碱和苦参碱与水杨酸组装成复合水杨酸。通过优化,最终选择w水杨酸∶w甜菜碱∶w苦参碱=1∶15∶1.7制备的复合水杨酸具有较好的水溶性,质量分数1%的复合水杨酸溶液pH值为4.7。为了研究复合水杨酸中甜菜碱和苦参碱对水杨酸的助溶作用,利用核磁共振和红外光谱研究单体间的结合方式。分析发现甜菜碱的羧基以及苦参碱的叔胺氮和羰基通过氢键与水杨酸的羧基和羟基结合,提高了水杨酸的溶解度。 A ternary complex of betaine and matrine encapsulated salicylic acid was prepared by solid-state heating and grinding method.w(salicylic acid):w(betaine):w(matrine)=1:15:1.7 was selected as the optimized proportion.It had good water solubility and the pH value of the 1%(in mass fraction)active salicylic acid solution was 4.7.The solubilizing effects of betaine and matrine on salicylic acid in active salicylic acid studied through nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)and infrared spectrosopy(IR).Salicylic acid could be connected through carboxyl and hydroxyl groups with the carboxyl group of betaine,as well as the carbonyl and tertiary amine nitrogen of matrine through hydrogen bonding,greatly improving the solubility of salicylic acid.
