摘要
采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定化妆品中二氢燕麦生物碱D的含量。色谱柱:Agilent Zorbax SB-Aq(250 mm×4.6 mm×5µm);流动相为V磷酸(体积分数0.05%)∶V乙腈=67∶33;流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长:220 nm。结果表明,二氢燕麦生物碱D在0.0114~0.2850μg与其峰面积呈良好线性关系(R=0.9999);液态类样品平均回收率为99.01%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.96%(n=9);膏霜样品的平均回收率为102.68%,RSD为2.46%(n=9);乳液样品的平均回收率为99.96%,RSD为1.4%(n=9)。该法简便、准确可行,可用于化妆品中二氢燕麦生物碱D的含量测定及质量控制。
To establish an high performance liguid chromatography(HPLC)method for determination of dihydroavenanthramide D in cosmetics.Analyses were performed on Agilent Zorbax SB-Aq(250 mm×4.6 mm×5µm)column with acetonitrile and 0.05%phosphoric acid solution(volume ratio 67:33),which were used as mobile phases,with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wave length was 220 nm,column temperature was 30℃.Results showed that the linear relationship was good in the range of 0.0114-0.2850µg(R=0.9999).The average recovery of liquid samples was 99.01%and the RSD was 1.96%(n=9).The average recovery of cream samples was 102.68%and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 2.46%(n=9).The average recovery of emulsion samples was 99.96%and the RSD was 1.4%(n=9).The method is simple and accurate,and can be used for the determination and quality control of dihydroavenanthramide D in cosmetics.
