医院档案是记载医疗活动的重要载体,对医院水平提升、纠纷处理、医学研究都具有至关重要的意义。但传统的医院档案管理依赖纸质文件,存在存储空间大、管理成本高、查阅不便等诸多问题,不仅影响了医院运营效率,也增加了管理成本。因此,如何在保证档案完整、准确、可及的前提下,尽可能地节省资源,成为医院管理中亟待解决的问题。随着信息技术的发展,无纸化办公逐渐兴起,为医院档案管理的创新提供了新思路、新方法,但也为医院档案管理带来了新的挑战。

Hospital archives are an important carrier for recording medical activities and are of vital significance to the improvement of hospital standards,dispute resolution,and medical research.However,traditional hospital archives management relies on paper documents and has many problems such as large storage space,high management costs,and inconvenient access,which not only affects hospital operating efficiency,but also increases management costs.Therefore,how to save resources as much as possible while ensuring that archives are complete,accurate and accessible has become an urgent problem to be solved in hospital management.With the development of information technology,paperless office has gradually emerged,providing new ideas and methods for the innovation of hospital archives management,but it has also brought new challenges to hospital archives management.
