摘要
基于φ880 mm×400 mm水平双辊铸轧机的实际工况,通过有限元模拟分析了浇铸温度对铸轧区AZ31镁合金凝固焊合线的影响规律。结果表明,浇铸温度对凝固焊合线位置影响较为明显,但对其形状影响较小。随着浇铸温度提升,凝固焊合线逐渐向出口靠近,边部Kiss点(K')和Kiss线上的凸点(K')连线与过K'点平行于铸轧方向的直线的夹角α先减小后增大。当浇铸温度为965 K时,铸轧过程中极易出现漏液,合适的浇铸温度范围为915~959 K。对比不同浇铸温度下的仿真结果,浇铸温度为945 K时,∠α最小,有利于缓解镁合金铸轧板带边裂。
Based on the actual working conditions of theφ880 mm×400 mm horizontal double-roll rolling mill,the influence of casting temperature on the solidification welding line of AZ31 magnesium alloy in the casting-rolling area was analyzed by finite element simulation.The results show that the casting temperature has a significant influence on the position of the solidification welding line,but has less influence on its shape.As the casting temperature increases,the solidification weldinng line gradually approaches the outlet,the angleαbetween the edge Kiss point(K')and the bump on the Kiss line(K'')and the line passing the K'point parallel to the casting direction decrease first and then increase.When casting temperatue is 965 K,it is very easy to leak during the casting-rolling process,and the suitable casting temperatue range is 915 K to 959 K.Comparing the simulation results under different casting temperatures,the∠αis the smallest when the casting temperature is 945 K,which is conducive to alleviating the edge cracking of the magnesium alloy casting-rolling plate.
