摘要
采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和差示扫描量热仪等研究了熔体净化和急冷协同作用对Al-(16-24)Si-0.1La合金凝固组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,与熔体急冷相比,熔体净化和急冷协同作用可完全抑制硅含量不超过20wt%的过共晶Al-Si-0.1La合金中初生硅的析出,明显细化Al-(16-24)Si-0.1La合金中的共晶组织,提高共晶组织的显微硬度。因此,熔体净化与急冷协同处理是改善过共晶铝硅合金凝固组织和力学性能的有效方法。
The effects of melt purification and quenching on the solidification structure and mechanical properties of Al-(16-24)Si-0.1La alloy were studied by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and differential scanning calorimeter.The reults show that,compared with that of melt quenching,the synergistic effects of melt purification and quenching can completely inhibit the precipitation of primary silicon in hypereutectic Al-Si-0.1La alloy with silicon content less than 20wt%,significantly refine the eutectic structure in Al-(16-24)Si-0.1La alloy,and improve the microhardness of the eutectic structure.Therefore,the collaborative treatment of melt purification and quenching is an effective method to improve the solidification structure and mechanical properties of hypereutectic Al-Si alloy.
