摘要
针对辽宁某二长花岗伟晶岩中长石与石英矿物进行选矿工艺试验研究,采用棒磨—筛分脱泥—湿式磁选—浮选工艺流程,长石产率可达67.78%,SiO_(2)含量为67.79%,Al_(2)O_(3)含量为17.59%,K_(2)O含量为6.32%,Na_(2)O含量为5.87%,钾钠总含量大于12%,Fe_(2)O_(3)含量为0.09%,达到优质陶瓷原料标准。同时获得光伏玻璃用石英砂,产率为12.26%,SiO_(2)含量为99.61%,Fe_(2)O_(3)含量为65ppm。
The experimental study on mineral processing technology of a monzogranite pegmatite in Liaoning was carried out,the process flow of rod grinding screening desliming wet magnetic separation flotation was adopted,with a feldspar yield of 67.78%,SiO_(2)content of 67.79%,Al_(2)O_(3)content of 17.59%,Fe_(2)O_(3)content of 0.09%,K_(2)O content of 6.32%,Na_(2)O content of 5.87%,potassium sodium content greater than 12%,Fe_(2)O_(3)content low,and can be used as high-quality ceramic raw materials.At the same time,the yield of quartz sand is 12.26%,the SiO_(2)content is 99.61%,and the Fe2O3 content is 65 ppm,which can be used as quartz sand for photovoltaic glass.
