摘要
辽西地区某萤石矿矿石矿物主要为萤石;脉石矿物以石英、长石为主,其次是白云石、方解石,含有少量的黄铁矿等。针对该矿石特征,通过选矿试验研究,原矿在磨矿细度-200目占81.36%的条件下经一次粗选、一次中选、一次扫选、五次精选的选矿工艺流程,得到CaF2品位97.11%萤石精矿,回收率为87.12%理想的技术指标。本次试验结果可为该地区萤石矿床的选矿提供参考。
The ore minerals of a fluorite mine in western Liaoning are mainly fluorite;Gangue minerals are mainly quartz and feldspar,followed by dolomite and calcite,and contain a small amount of pyrite.According to the properties of the ore,through the beneficiation test study,the CaF2 grade of 97.11%fluorite concentrate with a recovery rate of 87.12%was obtained under the condition of grinding fineness of-200 mesh accounting for 81.36%of the ore through one rough separation,one medium separation,one sweeping and five selected beneficiation processes.The results of this test can provide reference value for the beneficiation of fluorite deposits in this area.
