系统免疫炎症指数(SII)是一种新型复合炎症指标,SII包含了中性粒细胞、单核细胞及血小板,或许能够通过炎症细胞的特性更全面地评估脑卒中与免疫、炎症反应之间的关系。近年来许多研究表明,SII与脑卒中的疾病过程及进展关系密切,本文将就SII对脑卒中的疾病过程中的潜在价值,对相关研究现状进行综述。

Systemic immune-inflammation index(SII)is a novel composite inflammation index that can comprehensively assess the association among stroke,immune response,and inflammation based on the characteristics of inflammatory cells such as neutrophils,monocytes and platelets.Recent studies have demonstrated that SII is closely associated with the course and progression of stroke.This review discusses the current research progress and the potential value of SII in the course of stroke.
