摘要
在全无机CsPbBr_(3)钙钛矿太阳能电池中,电子和空穴传输材料的引入能有效提高器件光电转化效率,同时电子和空穴传输层的化学性质及其界面也会对电池稳定性产生较大影响.本文总结了电子和空穴传输材料在该类电池中的研究现状和热点,并详细地介绍了电子和空穴传输材料在全无机CsPbBr 3钙钛矿太阳能电池中的作用和近来的最新进展.
The electron and hole transport materials in all-inorganic CsPbBr 3 perovskite solar cells can effectively improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of device.Meanwhile,the chemical properties and interfaces of the electron and hole transport layers also have a significant impact on the stability of cell.This paper summarizes the research status and hotspots of electron and hole transport materials in this type of cell,and provides a detailed introduction to the role and recent progress of electron and hole transport materials in all-inorganic CsPbBr 3 perovskite solar cells.
