摘要
研究了VAE乳液对重晶砂抹灰隔声砂浆稠度、保水率、干表观密度、抗压强度、抗折强度、折压比、拉伸粘结强度和空气声计权隔声量的影响。结果表明:随着VAE乳液掺量的增加,抹灰隔声砂浆的稠度和空气声计权隔声量先增加后降低;保水率、抗折强度、拉伸粘结强度和折压比逐渐增加;干表观密度和抗压强度逐渐降低。当VAE乳液掺量为6%时,隔声量达到最大,为44 dB,较未掺入VAE乳液的砂浆提高2 dB。
The effects of VAE lotion on the consistency,water retention rate,dry apparent density,compressive strength,flexural strength,flexural compression ratio,tensile bond strength and air acoustic weight insulation of barite sand plastering sound insulation mortar were studied.The results show that with the increase of the content of VAE lotion,the consistency of plastering sound insulation mortar and the weight sound insulation of air acoustometer show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing;The water retention rate,flexural strength,tensile bonding strength,and flexural compression ratio of plastering sound insulation mortar show a gradually increasing trend;The dry apparent density and compressive strength of plastering sound insulation mortar show a gradually decreasing trend.When the content of VAE lotion is 6%,the sound insulation reaches the maximum of 44 d B,which is 2 dB higher than that of mortar without VAE lotion.
