柔性防水密封材料在建筑体筏板中的应用研究

摘要 柔性防水密封材料是通过形成完整的涂膜和溶胀密封来阻挡水的渗透,起到防渗水作用,该材料的应用机理为:在聚合物乳液最低成膜温度以上时,随着接触界面水分的挥发,聚合物颗粒之间相互接近、挤压、凝聚而融为一体,形成密实呈填充状态的防水层;防水层内聚合物之间剩余水分在毛细血管压力作用下挥发,使得聚合物粒子发生塑性变形并紧密排列,最终形成具有可恢复性、柔性、弹性的密封材料。介绍了柔性防水密封材料在楼体地下筏板中的具体应用。 Flexible waterproof material is to block the penetration of water by forming a complete coating film and swelling seal,thereby playing a role in preventing water seepage,the application mechanism of the material is:above the minimum filmforming temperature of the polymer emulsion,with the volatilization of the moisture at the contact interface,the polymer particles are close to each other,extruded,condensed and integrated,forming a dense waterproof layer in a filled state.The remaining water between the polymers in the waterproof layer volatilizes under the action of capillary pressure,so that the polymer particles are plastically deformed and closely arranged,and finally a recoverable and flexible waterproof elastomer sealing material is formed.The specific application of flexible waterproof material in the underground raft of building is introduced.
