水泥-淀粉胶覆膜型硫酸钠基相变储热材料的制备研究

摘要 以生态环保的磷酸酯化玉米淀粉胶为基础,十水硫酸钠为芯材,防相分离剂吸水树脂、具有一定储热性能的石膏、水和水泥等为主要原材料,通过造粒、覆膜等工艺制备出强度高、密闭性好而且储热性良好的水泥-淀粉胶覆膜型硫酸钠基相变储热材料。造粒过程中十水硫酸钠、淀粉胶、吸水树脂、水和石膏的最佳用量分别为15.0、0.5、0.3、4.5、23.0 g;覆膜过程中,喷液中的乳液、淀粉胶、水的质量比为1∶2∶10,喷涂覆膜2次,制得的储热材料热效应最大,为36.9 J/g,并且具有无相分离、强度高和不易渗出等优点。 Based on the eco-friendly phosphate esterified corn starch glue,we take Na_(2)SO_(4)·10H_(2)O as the core material,antiphase separation agent water-absorbent resin,gypsum,water and cement with certain heat storage performance as the main raw materials,and sodium sulfate-based phase chang heat storage materials with cement-starch glue filmed having high strength,good insulation and good heat storage properies were prepared through granulation and other processes.During the granulation process,the amount of Na_(2)SO_(4)·10H_(2)O,starch glue,water-absorbent resin,water and gypsum is 15.0,0.5,0.3,4.5 and 23.0 g.In the process of filming,the composition ratio of emulsion,starch glue and water is:1∶2∶10,and we spray the particles twice.In the condition,the thermal effect of the prepared heat storage material is the largest,which is 36.9 J/g,and it has the advantages of no phase separation,strong strength and difficult to leak.
