摘要
为了解决传统细胞运输和存储过程中人工操作方式出现的易出错、易污染、反复冻融、样本信息检索效率低等问题,研究并实现了一套低温细胞转运罐远程控制系统。通过设计控制指令及其解析规则,使用基于nodejs的JavaScript串口操作工具库Node SerialPort开发的Web串口通信应用程序,实现远程控制上位机计算机与低温细胞转运罐之间的串口数据通信相关功能。这使得系统能够实现对低温细胞转运罐的温度、湿度等实时状态参数的监测,以及发送让低温细胞转运罐执行开锁、上锁、开盖、关盖等动作的操作控制指令。该系统已成功应用于国内某全自动低温细胞银行建设过程中细胞转运罐的远程控制环节。系统运行至今稳定、可靠。通过Web串口通信方式对现场设备进行远程控制的技术,为诸如细胞银行、细胞存储库、生物资源样本库等相关领域的样本自动存取、高效快速检索功能模块的实现提供了参考。
To solve the problems of error-prone,contamination-prone,repeated freezing and thawing,and low efficiency of sample information retrieval,etc.,which occur in the manual operation mode during the traditional cell transportation and storage process,a set of remote control system for the cryogenic cell transfer tank is researched and realized.By designing control commands and their parsing rules,the Web serial port communication application developed using Node SerialPort,a nodejsbased JavaScript serial port operation tool library,the functions related to the serial port data communication between the remotecontrol host computer and the cryogenic cell transfer tank are realized.This enables the system to monitor the temperature,humidity and other real-time status parameters of the cryogenic cell transfer tank,as well as send operation control commands for the cryogenic cell transfer tank to perform actions such as unlocking,locking,opening and closing the lid,etc.The system has been successfully applied to the remote control of cell transfer tanks during the construction of a fully automated cryogenic cell bank in China.The system has been running steadily and reliably since then.The technology of remote control of on-site equipment by means of Web serial communication provides a reference for the realization of automatic sample access and efficient and rapid retrieval function modules in such related fields as cell banks,cell storage libraries,and bioresource sample libraries,etc.
