摘要 贵溪冶炼厂铜闪速炉是“六五”时期国家成套引进的铜火法冶金工艺。经过几十年的引进、消化、改进,实现了生产过程高度自动化,具有作业率高、原料适应性强、能耗低、炉子寿命长等显著优势。随着“第四次工业革命”的到来,依托5G、物联网、大数据、云计算等信息化技术与传统制造业深度融合,贵溪冶炼厂以智能工厂建设为契机,实现工厂转型升级、提质增效和绿色发展。 Guixi Smelter copper flash furnace is a set of copper pyrometallurgical process introduced by the state during the"Six Five"period.After decades of introduction,digestion and improvement,the production process is highly automated,with high operation rate,strong raw material adaptability,low energy consumption,long furnace life and other significant advantages.With the arrival of the"fourth Industrial Revolution",relying on the deep integration of 5 G,internet of things,big data,cloud computing and other information technologies with traditional manufacturing,Guixi Smelter takes the construction of smart factories as an opportunity to achieve factory transformation and upgrading,quality and efficiency improvement and green development.
