摘要
在现代火炮系统中,实现高射速连续发射的能力对于提高火力密度和战场效能至关重要。为了在实验室条件下进行火炮多发连续射击的试验,设计了一种新型的火炮连续发射试验装置。通过理论计算和流固耦合分析,对该装置的关键参数进行了精确优化,确保其能够支持最高达1300次/min的射速,并且能够进行5发的连续发射试验。在不同射速条件下进行的运动分析表明,该装置在整个运动周期内的最大差异仅为1.40%。结果表明,该装置具有较高的稳定性,并且能够适应多种射速的连续发射试验,为实验室环境下进行高效率和高精度的火炮发射试验提供了一种新方法。
In modern artillery systems,the ability to realize continuous firing at high rates of fire is critical to improving fire density and battlefield effectiveness.In order to carry out the test of artillery multi-shot continuous firing under laboratory conditions,a novel artillery continuous firing tester is designed.Through theoretical calculations and fluid-solid coupling analysis,the key parameters of the tester are precisely optimized to ensure that it can support a maximum firing rate of 1300 times/minute and conduct 5-round continuous firing tests.Motion analysis conducted at different firing rates showed that the maximum variance of the tester over the entire motion cycle was only 1.40%.The results show that the tester has high stability and can be adapted to continuous firing tests at a variety of firing rates,providing a new method for conducting high-efficiency and high-precision artillery firing tests in laboratory environments.
