摘要
伴随着数字经济时代的到来,工业经济时代所形成的生产方式、组织形态、管理模式等正在被颠覆和重构。传统商科以工具型人才培养为目标,已无法适应第四次工业革命下的社会经济发展需要。在“四新”建设背景下开展工商管理类专业人才培养,必须对传统商科进行学科交叉融合,数字赋能专业建设,专业能力培养目标匹配产业发展需求,对标企业岗位,通过建立产业学院、设置岗位微专业、提升学生科学工作能力,实现产教融合、校企协同育人。
With the advent of the digital economy era,the production methods,organizational forms,and management models formed in the industrial economy era are being overturned and reconstructed.Traditional business education,with the goal of cultivating instrumental talents,is no longer able to meet the needs of social and economic development under the fourth industrial revolution.In the context of the“four new disciplines”construction,it is necessary to carry out the training of business management professionals,which requires interdisciplinary integration of traditional business disciplines,digital empowerment of professional construction,matching professional ability training goals with industrial development needs,benchmarking enterprise positions,establishing industrial colleges,setting up micro majors for positions,and enhancing students’scientific work abilities,in order to achieve the integration of industry and education,and school-enterprise collaborative education.
