基于OBE-CDIO教学理念的新商科财务管理专业实践教学体系改革与创新

Reform and Innovation of the New Business Financial Management Professional Practice Teaching System Based on the OBE-CDIO Teaching Concept

大数据、互联网等技术的出现推动了商业模式的转变与创新,同时也对财务管理专业人才培养提出了新要求。该文基于新商科发展特点,梳理新商科背景下财务管理专业人才应具备的主要能力,提出“五维联动、螺旋推进”的财务管理实践教学理念,并从课程设置、实践教学环节、实践考核方式等方面构建实践教学体系,进一步从构建复合型课程知识结构群、运用OBE理念和依托CDIO模式等方面提出了实践教学体系的改革实施措施。

The emergence of big data and Internet technology has promoted the transformation and innovation of business models,and also put forward new requirements for the training of financial management professionals.Based on the development characteristics of new business,this paper sorts out the main abilities that financial management professionals should have in the context of new business,puts forward the practical teaching concept of financial management of“five-dimensional linkage and spiral advancement”,and constructs a practical teaching system from the aspects of curriculum setting,practical teaching links,and practical assessment methods,and further puts forward the reform and implementation measures of the practical teaching system from the aspects of constructing a compound course knowledge structure group and using the concepts of OBE and CDIO.
