摘要
协作学习作为一种旨在培养学生课堂交流与合作能力的新的教育理念和教学方法,在成人继续教育领域逐渐得到认可和接受。该文阐述了协作学习的内涵和特点,分析了协作学习在成人继续教育中应用的优势和制约因素,结合实例提出协作学习在成人继续教育中创新应用的策略。
As a new educational concept and teaching method aimed at cultivating students’classroom communication and cooperation ability,collaborative learning has gradually been recognized and accepted in the field of adult continuing education.Firstly,the connotation and characteristics of collaborative learning are explained,and then the advantages and constraints of collaborative learning in adult continuing education are analyzed.Finally,combined with examples,strategies for innovative application of collaborative learning in adult continuing education are proposed.
