压密注浆技术在临海闸站除险加固工程中的应用

摘要 以某临海闸站除险加固工程为例,论述了压密注浆技术用于闸站底板下部填充加固的原理、可行性、施工参数和施工流程;通过施工过程中一系列的监控手段和技术控制,确保了压密注浆技术在闸站除险加固中的应用效果;结合工程实例总结了压密注浆施工注意事项。研究结果表明,压密注浆技术可有效解决闸室底板沉降过大、局部脱空、裂缝等问题,可在同类工程中推广应用。 The principle,feasibility,construction parameters and construction process of filling and strengthening under the base plate of a coastal sluice station with compaction grouting technology are discussed in detail.Through a series of monitoring means and technical control in the construction process,the application effect of compaction grouting technology in the safety reinforcement of the gate station is effectively ensured.The results show that compaction grouting can effectively solve the problems such as excessive settlement,local hollowing and cracks of the floor of gate chamber.At the same time,this paper summarizes the points for attention in the construction of compaction grouting based on engineering examples,in order to provide experience for similar projects.
