基于物联网的密集烤房精准监测平台设计

摘要 该研究以窄带物联网(NB-IoT)为基础构建密集烤房环境参数精准自动监测平台,采用主控制器、电源模块和传感器模块组成的设备,实现对烟叶烘烤过程中装烟室内不同区域环境参数的全方位、全流程的精准自动监测,同时通过NB-IoT模块实现监测系统和云平台的连接,使“云计算”和烟叶烘烤结合,提高烘烤温湿度自动监测与控制的精度,降低劳动强度,为实现密集烤房烟叶烘烤的数字化、智慧化调控奠定坚实基础。 Based on the Narrowband Internet of Things(NB-IoT),this study builds an accurate automatic monitoring platform for the environmental parameters of intensive curing barn.The equipment composed of the main controller,power module and sensor module is used to achieve the accurate automatic monitoring of the environmental parameters in different areas of the tobacco room during the tobacco curing process in an all-round and full process manner.At the same time,the NB-IoT module realizes the connection between the monitoring system and the cloud platform,so that"cloud computing"is combined with tobacco curing to improve the accuracy of automatic monitoring and control of curing temperature and humidity.It reduces labor intensity and lays a solid foundation for realizing digital and intelligent control of tobacco curing in intensive curing barns.
