面向招投标阶段的BIM技术理论与实践研究

Research on BIM Technology Theory and Practice for Bidding Stage

伴随着计算机行业的进步和国家政策的支持,建筑工程招投标的内容和形式发生了很大变化。在招标文件的技术标中加入了BIM技术的应用,改变了传统的以“文本”为主的投标方式,要求以直观、生动的BIM模型及衍生文件为主的投标模式。在投标过程中,投标方由于对BIM技术的理解和应用不足,导致对BIM技术标的编制流程不清晰,针对这一问题,提出BIM技术标的解决方案。

With the progress of the computer industry and the support of national policies,the content and form of bidding for construction engineering have changed greatly.The application of BIM technology has been added to the technical bid in the bidding documents,changing the traditional way of bidding based on"text",and requiring the bidding mode based on intuitive and vivid BIM models and derivative documents.In the process of bidding,the bidder's lack of understanding and application of BIM technology leads to the unclear preparation process of BIM technical bid.In view of this problem,this paper proposes a solution to BIM technical bid.
