摘要
结构性能检验是评定预制楼梯进场质量的重要措施。但是,由于单跑形式的预制楼梯与双跑形式的预制楼梯在高度和跨度上的尺寸差别较大,且单跑形式的预制楼梯高度较高,这对预制楼梯结构性能试验过程中荷载施加的便捷性与安全性以及单套试验装置对不同尺寸预制楼梯的适用性提出了巨大挑战。为了解决这个问题,论文提出了一种用于预制楼梯结构性能试验的可移动式预制楼梯结构性能试验反力架。这种新型的试验反力架允许在线移动,使其易于调整和操作。反力架采用型钢加工,加工成本较低。此外,该反力架的设计简单可靠,方便进行调整,以满足每个试验的特殊需求。通过分析这种反力架的结构特点、操作方案和优点,可以看出该反力架降低了预制楼梯结构性能试验的难度及检测人员的劳动强度。
Structural performance testing is an important measure for evaluating the quality of prefabricated stairs upon arrival.However,due to the significant differences in height and span between single-run prefabricated stairs and double-run prefabricated stairs,as well as the higher height of single-run prefabricated stairs,this poses a great challenge to the convenience and safety of load application during the structural performance testing process,as well as the applicability of a single set of testing devices to different sizes of prefabricated stairs.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a mobile prefabricated stair structural performance testing reaction frame for monitoring the structural performance of prefabricated stairs.This new type of testing reaction frame is allowed to move online,making it easy to adjust and operate.The reaction frame is made of processed steel,with low processing costs.In addition,the design of the mobile reaction frame is simple and reliable,and it can be easily adjusted to meet the special requirements of each test.By analyzing the structural characteristics,operation scheme,and advantages of this mobile prefabricated stair structural performance testing reaction frame,it can be seen that it reduces the difficulty of prefabricated stair structural performance testing and the labor intensity of inspectors.
