摘要
以十堰市武十高铁十堰北站至武当山机场公路机场西连接线下穿福银高速高架桥段施工为对象,采用以泡沫轻质混凝土路基填筑为主体,附加复合地基处理与加筋格宾挡墙防护的方式,分析该施工方式对高速公路桥梁墩柱的影响。研究结果表明此下穿施工方式降低了路基填筑施工中对桥梁墩柱的不利影响,位移与沉降监测结果均显示在设计规范要求内,保障了高速公路的正常运营。其施工方式、技术控制要点等可供类似工程参考。
With the construction of Shiyan City Shiyan North Station to Wudang Mountain Airport Highway Project Airport West Link under crossing the viaduct section of Fuyin Expressway as the object,the method of underpass construction with foam lightweight concrete roadbed filling as the main body,additional composite foundation treatment and reinforced gabion retaining wall protection and the impact of this construction method on the expressway bridge piers is analyzed.The results of the study show that the above underpass construction method reduces the adverse impact on the bridge piers in the construction of roadbed filling,while the displacement and settlement monitoring results are shown to be within the design specification requirements,which guarantees the normal operation of the expressway.Such construction methods and technical control points can be used as reference for similar projects.
