摘要
为研究焊接圆钢对方钢管混凝土梁的受弯性能的提升,运用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对某简支梁进行分析并和已知试验数据对比,验证了模型的正确性。在此基础上分析了各参数对其受弯性能的影响,其中圆钢截面积、圆钢钢材强度、钢管钢材强度、钢管壁厚等对该构件受弯承载力的影响较大,并总结出适合圆钢强化方钢管梁受弯承载力的估算方程,便于工程应用。
In order to study the influence of welded round steel at the soffit on the flexural behavior of the concrete-filled square steel tube(CFSST)beam,ABAQUS finite element analysis software was used to analyze a simple supported beam and compare with the known test data,which verified the correctness of the model.On this basis,the influence of various parameters on(CFSST)beam bending performance was analyzed,the cross-sectional area of round steel,the strength of round steel,the strength of the concrete,the strength of the steel tube strength,the thickness of the steel tube have a great influence on the bending bearing capacity of(CFSST)beam,and the estimation equation suitable for the bending bearing capacity of the(CFSST)beam is summarized,which is convenient for engineering application.
