Discussion On New Detection Mode Of Fire Water And Fire Extinguishing System In Super Hhigh Building

深化消防执法改革以及建设工程消防验收职能移交住建部门以来,笔者对检测超高层建筑消防水灭火系统发现的常见问题进行梳理分析,探讨建设工程全过程消防工程检测新模式,研究建设工程设计图纸审查阶段、施工阶段、竣工验收阶段消防工程检测查验的技术要点,进一步减少消防安全隐患遗留问题,为后期消防部门抽查检查及消防技术服务机构的从业人员提供参考。

Since the deepening of the reform of fire law enforcement and the transfer of the fire inspection and acceptance function of construction projects to the residential and construction departments,the author has analyzed the problems found in the detection of fire water and fire extinguishing systems in super high-rise buildings in the past four years,discussed the new mode of fire engineering inspection throughout the construction process,studied the technical points of fire engineering inspection in the design drawing review stage,construction stage,and completion stage of construction projects,and further reduced the remaining problems of fire safety hazards,Provide reference for the later reform and development of fire department safety inspection and fire technical service institutions.
