摘要
超大直径盾构掘进穿越城市河流时,一般可通过预注浆对河道两侧和基础结构周边软土进行加固,由于对地下土层情况未知,预注浆达不到理想效果。由于地面存在加固结构,在地下土层沉降时通过水准测量监测很难发现地下土层情况,初期病害得不到及时处理;在地面下部出现脱空时,如果不能及时发现,就会造成坍塌;在地面出现沉降或坍塌时很难辨别病害范围,后续处理时很难判断注浆加固和填筑是否满足要求;以工程实例一、实例二为背景,详细阐述探地雷达通过无损探测技术解决以上问题。表明该技术具有较强推广力,技术成果可供类似工程参考。
When ultra large diameter shield tunneling crosses urban rivers,pre grouting is generally used to reinforce the soft soil on both sides of the river and around the foundation structure.Due to the unknown situation of the underground soil layer,pre grouting cannot achieve the desired effect.Due to the reinforcement structure on the ground,it is difficult to find the situation of the underground soil layer through levelling monitoring during the settlement of the underground soil layer,and the initial disease cannot be treated in time;when there is a void below the ground,if it cannot be detected in a timely manner,it will cause collapse;it is difficult to identify the scope of the disease when there is settlement or collapse on the ground,and it is difficult to determine whether the grouting reinforcement and filling meet the requirements during subsequent treatment;taking engineering examples 1 and 2 as the background,this paper elaborates in detail on how ground penetrating radar solves the above problems through non-destructive detection technology.This indicates that the technology has strong promotion potential and the technical achievements can be used for reference in similar projects.
