摘要
针对泥质粉砂岩地区某项目灌注桩桩端严重缺陷问题(桩身松散最大长度约为150 cm)进行了分析,介绍了项目缺陷处理方案及注浆补强的操作流程,并给出了注浆压力及注浆用量等关键设计参数的参考范围。经对比注浆补强前后钻芯结果,验证了处理方案的有效性,为类似项目桩身缺陷处理提供了有意义的经验。
This paper analyzes serious pile defects at the bottom of cast-in-place pile(such as loose and excessively thick sediment)in a specific project and introduces the defect treatment and the process of grouting reinforcement,it also provides the reference range of key design parameters of grouting.By comparing the drilling core of pile before and after grouting reinforcement,it verifies the effectiveness of the treatment,this is meaningful for similar project cases.
