Context, Logic and Path: The Three-dimensional Constructionof the Discourse System of Modern Chinese Civilization

建构中华民族现代文明话语体系,讲好新时代文明故事,掌握国际话语权,是中国共产党面临的重大时代课题。从建构语境来看,中华民族现代文明话语体系在聚焦回应时代问题的特定语境中产生,是巩固中华文化主体性的必然选择、是创造中国式现代化文化形态的应然之举、亦是构建人类文明新形态的客观要求。从建构逻辑来看,中华民族现代文明话语体系遵循“形成—发生—发展”的逻辑次序,以话语生产为逻辑起点,蕴含话语主体、话语内容、话语受众和话语表达等重要元素。以话语运行为逻辑中介,涵盖语义输出、语义传递和语义接受三个阶段。以话语应用为逻辑归宿,具有彰显话语说服力以消解西方文明霸权、彰显话语凝聚力以聚合民族复兴伟力、彰显话语辩护力以维护国家文明形象的重要功能。从建构路径来看,中华民族现代文明话语体系需要植根中华文明、社会主义文明和人类文明深厚沃土,做到言之有据;需要从坚持主体本位和强化逻辑导向两个方面出发提炼标识概念,做到言之有物;需要从聚焦传播渠道,搭建多元化传播平台、聚焦传播工具,塑造信息化传播媒介和聚焦传播场域,扩展全球化传播视野三个方面拓展传播形式,做到言之有方。

Constructing the discourse system of the modern civilization of the Chinese nation,telling the story of civilization in the new era,and grasping the international discourse are major issues of the times facing the Communist Party of China.From the perspective of context construction,the discourse system of modern civilization of the Chinese nation is produced in a specific context that focuses on responding to the problems of the times,which is an inevitable choice to consolidate the subjectivity of Chinese culture,a natural move to create a modern cultural form with Chinese characteristics,and an objective requirement for the construction of a new form of human civilization.From the perspective of logic construction,the discourse system of modern civilization of the Chinese nation follows the logical sequence of“formation-occurrence-development”,takes discourse production as the logical starting point,and contains important elements such as discourse subject,discourse content,discourse audience and discourse expression.With utterance operation as the logical mediator,the system covers three stages of semantic output,semantic transmission and semantic acceptance.Taking the application of discourse as the logical destination,the system has the important functions of highlighting the persuasiveness of discourse to dissolve the hegemony of Western civilization,the cohesion of discourse to aggregate the great power of national rejuvenation,and the defense power of discourse to maintain the image of national civilization.From the perspective of path construction,the discourse system of modern civilization of the Chinese nation needs to be rooted in the deep fertile soil of Chinese civilization,socialist civilization and human civilization,thus making it theoretically-founded;it is necessary to refine the concept of identification from the two aspects of adhering to the subject-oriented and strengthening logical orientation,thus making it fully content-based;it is necessary to expand the form of communication by focusing on communication channels,building diversified communication platforms and focusing on communication tools,shaping information-based communication media and focusing on communication fields,and expanding the vision of global communication,thus making it verbally well-voiced.
