基于人才培养提升农业新质生产力的路径探析--以广东省农业科学院为例

Exploration of Paths to Enhance Agricultural New Quality Productivity Based on Talent Training,Taking Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example

以新质生产力引领农业高质量发展是实现农业农村现代化的必由之路。农业高质量发展需要遵循新的生产力理论,农业科研院所实现高水平建设亦需要农业新质生产力作为理论指导。文章通过厘清人才与农业新质生产力的内在逻辑,以人才为着力点,分析农业科研院所在发展新质生产力过程中面临的科技人才培养问题,并从精准引育农业新质科技人才、构建科学合理的人才评价体系、营造鼓励科技创新的良好新生态等方面提出了推动农业科研院所提升农业新质生产力的路径,以期助推农业高质量发展,实现以高质量人才工作服务支撑农业科研院所的现代化建设目标。

Leading agricultural high-quality development with new quality productivity is the only way to achieve agricultural and rural modernization.High-quality agricultural development requires adherence to the new productivity theory,and the high-level construction of agricultural research institutes also needs the new quality productivity of agriculture as a theoretical guide.The article clarifies the intrinsic logic between talent and new quality agricultural productivity,focusing on talent,and analyzes the challenges faced by agricultural research institutes in cultivating scientific and technological talent during the development of new quality productivity.It proposes pathways to promote the enhancement of new quality productivity in agricultural research institutes from aspects such as precisely attracting and cultivating new quality agricultural scientific and technological talent,building a scientific and reasonable talent evaluation system,and creating a favorable new ecosystem that encourages technological innovation.This is aimed at boosting high-quality agricultural development and achieving the goal of serving and supporting the modernization of agricultural research institutes with high-quality talent work.
