摘要
“双师双能型”人才对于提高涉农高校人才培养质量和更好地服务乡村振兴具有重要作用。文章以吉林农业科技学院为例,分析其人才队伍建设基本情况以及“双师双能型”人才队伍建设的实践探索现状,发现其在政策导向与资源配置、高校内部管理机制以及教师自身发展与观念等方面存在一定的问题,并从优化人才队伍建设的顶层设计、完善内部管理机制和提升“双师双能型”人才的自我发展水平等方面提出了解决策略,以期为涉农高校“双师双能型”人才队伍建设提供参考借鉴。
"Dual teacher and dual ability"talents play a significant role in improving the quality of talent training in agricultural universities and better serving rural revitalization.Taking Jilin Agricultural Science and Technology University as a case study,this article analyzes the basic situation of talent team construction and the current status of practical exploration in building"dual teacher and dual ability"talent teams.It identifies certain issues in policy orientation and resource allocation,internal management mechanisms of universities,and the self-development and perceptions of teachers.The article proposes solutions from the aspects of optimizing the top-level design of talent team construction,improving internal management mechanisms,and enhancing the self-development level of"dual teacher and dual ability"talents,with the aim of providing references for the construction of"dual teacher and dual ability"talent teams in agricultural universities.
