摘要
目的探讨积极心理学视角下团体辅导对护生创新能力的影响。方法将44名护生纳入研究,干预组与对照组各22名。对照组进行常规心理健康教育,干预组在对照组基础上进行积极心理学视角下的团体辅导。干预前后均采用创新能力量表和积极心理品质量表对两组进行客观评价,对所得数据进行统计分析。结果干预前后干预组创新能力量表、积极心理品质量表各维度得分及总分均存在显著性差异,而对照组均不存在显著性差异;护生积极心理品质与创新能力呈显著正相关关系。结论护生积极心理品质对创新能力有显著影响,开展团体心理辅导能有效培养护生的创新能力和积极心理品质。
Objective To explore the impact of group counseling on nursing students′innovative ability from the perspective of positive psychology.Methods 44 nursing students were included in the study,with 22 in the intervention group and 22 in the control group.The control group received routine mental health education,while the intervention group received group counseling from a positive psychology perspective based on the control group.Both groups were objectively evaluated with the Innovative Ability Scale and Positive Psychological Quality Scale before and after intervention,and the obtained data were statistically analyzed.Results There were significant differences in the scores and total scores of the Innovative Ability Scale and Positive Psychological Quality Scale in the intervention group before and after intervention,while there was no significant difference in the control group.There is a significant positive correlation between the positive psychological qualities of nursing students and their innovative ability.Conclusion Positive psychological qualities of nursing students have a significant impact on their innovative ability,and group mental counseling can effectively cultivate their innovative ability and positive psychological qualities.
