摘要
目的探讨7E带教模式在高职护生临床实习中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取在重庆市某三级甲等医院实习的85名2020级高职护生为对照组,采用传统临床带教模式;88名2021级高职护生为观察组,采用7E带教模式(激发、参与、探究、解释、精制、评价、延伸)。比较两组护生实习结束时的出科考核成绩、临床综合实践能力、自主学习能力及职业认同感。结果观察组出科考核成绩、临床综合实践能力得分、自主学习能力得分和职业认同感得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论7E带教模式有助于提高高职护生临床实习效果,提升其自主学习能力和职业认同感,促进职业技能提升与职业精神培养相融合。
Objective To explore the application effect of the 7E mentoring model in clinical internships for nursing students from higher vocational colleges.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 85 Grade 2020 nursing students from higher vocational college who were interning at a Grade A hospital in Chongqing City as the control group received the traditional clinical teaching mode;88 Grade 2021 students from higher vocational colleges were selected as the observation group received the 7E mentoring model(inspiring,participating,exploring,explaining,refining,evaluating and extending).Compared the assessment scores when they graduated from interned department,clinical comprehensive nursing students′practice ability,self-taught ability,and professional identity in two groups.Results The observation group achieved higher scores in the examination,clinical comprehensive practice ability,self-taught ability,and professional identity than those in control group and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The 7E mentoring model can help to improve the clinical internship effectiveness of students from higher vocational colleges,enhance their self-taught ability and professional identity,and promote the integration of vocational skill improvement and professional spirit cultivation.
