高职婴幼儿托育服务与管理专业学生专业认同现状及提升策略——以W学院为例

摘要 为更好地培养高素质托育人才,以婴幼儿托育服务与管理专业学生为研究对象,探究其专业认同现状。婴幼儿托育服务与管理专业学生专业认同处于中等水平,年级、志愿选择、专业学习条件、专业学习成绩是其专业认同的影响因素(P<0.05),应根据研究结果制订增强学生专业认同感的策略。 To cultivate high-quality childcare personnel better,this study focuses on students majoring in infant and toddler care services and management,and explores their professional identity status.The professional identity of students majoring in infant and toddler care services and management is at a moderate level.Grade,choice of major,learning conditions,and academic performance are the influencing factors of their professional identity(P<0.05).Strategies to enhance students′professional identity should be dev-eloped based on research results.
