新质生产力视角下水利工程的耦合效应与可持续发展策略

摘要 为了探讨新质生产力背景下水利工程之间的相互作用及其对经济社会可持续发展的影响,基于新质生产力的内涵与特征,结合水文循环机制与水利工程的功能调整,评估两者耦合效应下的生态、经济和社会效益。采用文献综述、案例分析相结合的方法,提出促进水利工程协同发展的建议。 To discuss and explore the interplay of water conservancy projects in the context of new-form productive forces and their influence on the sustainable economic and social development,based on the connotation and characteristics of new-form productive forces and in combination with the hydrological cycle mechanism and the functional adjustment of water conservancy projects,the ecological,economic and social benefits under the coupling effect of the two are evaluated.By adopting the methods of literature review and case analysis,strategic suggestions for promoting the coordinated development of water conservancy projects are put forward.
