Research on Science and Technology Innovation Strategies of CHN Energy under the New National System

世界综合国力的竞争,归根结底是科技实力的竞争。国有企业是中国特色社会主义的重要物质基础和政治基础,有效发挥国有企业科技创新、产业控制、安全支撑作用,对加快建设现代化产业体系,促进高质量发展具有重要的战略意义。分析了我国新型举国体制科技政策的演化过程、国家能源集团科技创新工作历程,以及当前面临的问题与挑战,从有为政府与有效市场结合的角度,探求面向新型举国体制构建科技创新体系的对策。

The competition in comprehensive national power across the world is ultimately a competition in scientific and technological strength.As important material and political bases for the Socialism with Chinese characteristics,state-owned enterprises effectively exert their roles of science and technology innovation,industry control and security support,and are of great strategic significance to accelerate the construction of a modernized industrial system and promoting high-quality development.This paper analyzes the evolutionary process of China's science and technology policies under the new national system,the history of CHN Energy's science and technology innovation,and the current problems and challenges faced;explores the countermeasures to build a science and technology innovation system for the new national system based on the combination of an active government with an efficient market.
