摘要
针对国内大型化工集团类企业在宏观生产经营调度计划制定过程中需要面临多因素、多约束、多变化,以及多单位、多部门、多产线等诸多纷繁复杂的考量,以致传统人工经验方式存在较大的挑战问题。为此,文章分析了一种面向具备多层级、多区域、多产业的大型化工企业集团级智能生产经营调度平台架构设计,主要包含数据管理、计划制定、智能优化、融合协同、综合展示五大应用领域,该平台架构具备较好的落地性和普适性,对于该类型企业智能调度平台规划具有较好的参考价值。
In view of the large domestic chemical group enterprises need to face many complicated considerations such as multi-factors,multi-constraints,multi-changes,multi-units,multi-departments,and prolif ic lines in the process of making macro production and operation scheduling plans,so that the traditional manual experience method has a great challenge.To this end,the paper analyzes the architecture design of an intelligent production and operation scheduling platform for large-scale chemical enterprise groups with multiple levels,regions and industries,which mainly includes f ive application f ields:data management,planning,intelligent optimization,integration and collaboration,and comprehensive display.The platform architecture has good practicality and universality.It has good reference value for this type of enterprise intelligent scheduling platform planning.
