摘要
人才是富国之本、兴邦大计。石化行业人才引育对提升我国石化行业高质量发展具有重大战略意义。文章基于中山大学惠州研究院的十几年发展经验,深入开展了石化行业人才引育新范式的探索与实践,围绕化工研究生、博士后人才培养、创新科研团队引育等进行全方位摸索和实操。提出了院校合作产教融合机制改革、构建了“外引”“内生”双轮驱动人才引进体系,从不同层次针对人才引育探索出了一条适合石化产业创新发展的实践路径。
Talent is the foundation of a rich country and the key to revitalizing the country.Talent education in petrochemical industry is of great strategic signif icance to enhance the high-quality development of China’s petrochemical industry.Based on the more than ten years of development experience of Huizhou Research Institute of Sun Yat-sen University,this paper deeply carries out the exploration and practice of the new paradigm of talent cultivation in the petrochemical industry,and carries out all-round exploration and practical operation around the training of chemical graduate students,postdoctoral talents and innovative scientif ic research team.The reform of the mechanism of the integration of university cooperation,production and education has been put forward,and the dual-wheel driven talent introduction system of“external introduction”and“internal introduction”has been constructed,and a practical path suitable for the innovation and development of the petrochemical industry has been explored from different levels for talent introduction and education.
