制药工程与技术类学生创新能力的提升路径

Paths to Improve the Innovation Abilities of Pharmaceutical Engineering and Technology Students

高校学生创新能力提升是顺应时代发展的现实需要,是服务地方经济社会发展的必然要求,是大学生提高自身竞争力的内在要求。文章以泰州学院制药工程与技术类学生为研究对象,从学科的平台建设、创新教育、以赛促创等方面出发,分析制药工程与技术学科学生创新能力提升的现状,并针对培养模式较为单一、学生实践参与较少、创新训练项目参与度偏低等现实困境,从协同创新中心、产业人才创新实训、软件平台等建设方面提出学生创新能力提升的有效路径,力求培养有创新活力的创新型技术人才,同时也为泰州地区生物医药产业发展提供坚强的人才支撑。

The improvement of college students’innovation ability is the realistic need of conforming to the development of the times,the inevitable requirement of serving local economic and social development,and the internal requirement of college students to improve their competitiveness.Taking students majoring in pharmaceutical engineering and technology in Taizhou University as the research object,this paper analyzes the current situation of improving the innovation ability of students majoring in pharmaceutical engineering and technology from the aspects of discipline platform construction,innovation education,competition to promote innovation and other aspects,and aims at the realistic diff iculties such as relatively single training mode,less participation of students in practice,and low participation in innovative training projects.From the construction of collaborative innovation center,industrial talent innovation training,software platform and other aspects,this paper puts forward an effective path to improve students’innovation ability,and strives to cultivate innovative and innovative technical talents with innovative vitality.At the same time,it also provides strong talent support for the development of Taizhou biomedical industry.
