化工系统工程混合式教学应时改革探索与成效

摘要 在教育信息化趋势下,高等教育正面临教学理念、教学方式和评价体系的全面变革。文章针对化工专业核心课程化工系统工程,深刻剖析了混合式教学在疫情时期暴露出的问题以及当下学生的学习习惯和心理变化,通过思考、调研与探索,从课程教学安排、评价体系、课程思政等方面进行了改革,实现线上和线下教学相互促进和反馈优化,形成“教学-反馈-改进-教学”的闭环模式,提升了教学效果和学生的思政素养。在教学实践中,学生在课堂活跃度、作业完成率、过程成绩和期末成绩方面有了明显进步,教学改革初见成效。未来将持续优化教学改革,做好育人和育才工作的有机统一。 Under the trend of education informatization,higher education is facing a comprehensive reform of teaching concept,teaching method and evaluation system.Aiming at chemical system Engineering,the core course for chemical engineering majors,this paper deeply analyzes the problems exposed by hybrid teaching in the period of the epidemic as well as the current students’learning habits and psychological changes.Through thinking,research and exploration,it carries out reforms in the aspects of curriculum teaching arrangement,evaluation system,curriculum ideology and politics,so as to realize the mutual promotion and feedback optimization of online and offline teaching.The closed-loop mode of“teaching-feedback-improvement-teaching”has been formed,which has improved the teaching effect and students’ideological and political literacy.In teaching practice,students have made remarkable progress in class activity,homework completion rate,process grades and f inal grades,and the teaching reform has achieved initial results.In the future,we will continue to optimize the teaching reform and do a good job in the organic unity of education and education.
