信息化工具的深入应用,可显著提升化工企业内部资源利用效率,推动管理活动走向科学化、规范化和标准化。信息化不仅增强了信息的可追溯性,优化管理绩效,还能显著降低了安全事故风险。设备设施变更管理是确保化工企业安全、稳定、长期、优质运行的关键因素之一,然而,因变更而引发的安全事故屡见不鲜,应引起高度重视。通过分析传统设备设施变更管理中存在的问题,如信息更新滞后、管理流程旁通、变更后人员培训不足等,并结合其他设备信息化管理管理功能的联动需求,提出了设备设施变更管理信息化需求,优化了管理流程。经过信息化实践验证,可显著提高设备设施变更管理的准确性、效率,降低因变更而产生的风险。

The profound application of informatization tools can signif icantly enhance the utilization eff iciency of internal resources within chemical enterprises,driving management activities towards scientization,standardization,and normalization.Informatization not only strengthens the traceability of information,optimizes management performance,but also notably reduces safety accident risks.Equipment and facility change management is one of the crucial factors ensuring the safe,stable,long-term,and high-quality operation of chemical enterprises.Nevertheless,safety accidents caused by changes are not uncommon,warranting heightened attention.By analyzing the issues existing in traditional equipment and facility change management,such as lagging information updates,bypasses in management processes,and inadequate post-change personnel training,and incorporating the linkage requirements of other equipment informatization management functions,this paper proposes informatization requirements for equipment and facility change management,thereby optimizing the management processes.Verif ied through informatization practices,it can signif icantly improve the accuracy and eff iciency of equipment and facility change management,reducing risks arising from changes.
