基于改进关联规则算法的双介质喷嘴离线调试平台设计

摘要 以往的双介质喷嘴离线调试平台由于仅对双介质喷嘴特征参数的单个模型进行计算,导致平台的调试时间较长、调试效果较差,因此,设计基于改进关联规则算法的双介质喷嘴离线调试平台。在硬件上,设计微处理器和通信器;在软件设计上,利用最小二乘法对双介质喷嘴的特征进行参数化。在改进关联规则算法的支持下,设定相应的约束条件和离线调试目标,通过计算双介质喷嘴特征参数的一阶数学模型、二阶数学模型和参数状态离散控制模型,得到双介质喷嘴的离线调试函数,从而完成双介质喷嘴的离线调试。通过上述软硬件的设计,完成对双介质喷嘴离线调试平台的设计。在仿真实验中,与以往的双介质喷嘴离线调试平台相比,设计的基于改进关联规则算法的双介质喷嘴离线调试平台调试总时间仅为6.8 ms,调试时间更短,调试效果更好。 Previous offline debugging platforms for dual medium nozzles only calculate a single model of the characteristic pa-rameters of the dual medium nozzle,resulting in a longer debugging time and poorer debugging performance.Therefore,a dual medium nozzle offline debugging platform based on improved association rule algorithm is designed.In terms of hardware,a microprocessor and communicator are designed.In software design,the least squares method is used to parameterize the char-acteristics of the dual medium nozzle.With the support of improved association rule algorithm,corresponding constraint condi-tions and offline debugging objectives are set.By calculating the first order mathematical model,second order mathematical model,and parameter state discrete control model of the dual medium nozle characteristic parameters,the offline debugging function of the dual medium nozzle is obtained,thereby completing the offline debugging of the dual medium nozzle.Through the design of the above-mentioned software and hardware,an offline debugging platform for the dual medium nozzle is de-signed.In the simulation experiment,compared with previous offline debugging platforms for dual medium nozzles,the de-signed offline debugging platform for dual medium nozzles based on improved association rule algorithm has a total debugging time of only 6.8 ms,which has shorter debugging time and better debugging results.
