乡村振兴背景下农村食品产业绿色发展的构建路径

摘要 在乡村振兴战略的背景下,农村食品产业的绿色发展成为推动乡村产业可持续发展的重要举措。本文以农村食品产业振兴为切入点,结合甘肃省农村食品产业现状,从产业规模、结构、投入等方面出发,总结了目前农村食品产业绿色发展的困境。并针对农村食品产业特点和绿色发展趋势,从加强品牌价值、优化产业结构、加强科技创新等层面提出了农村食品产业绿色发展路径,为推动农村绿色食品产业高质量发展提供思路。 Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,the green development of rural food industry has become an important measure to promote the sustainable development of rural industry.This paper takes the revitalization of rural food industry as the starting point,combines the current situation of rural food industry in Gansu province,and summarizes the predicament of the green development of rural food industry from the aspects of industrial scale,structure and input.According to the characteristics and green development trend of rural food industry,the green development path of rural food industry was proposed from the aspects of strengthening brand value,optimizing industrial structure,and strengthening scientific and technological innovation,so as to provide ideas for promoting the high-quality development of rural green food industry.
